Mission statement 
Mission statement Objective of the Otto Loewi Foundation is to support research and educational activities on diseases of the autonomic nervous system, to establish nation-wide standardized methods for autonomic function testing and to provide support to patients’ advocacies. Our foundation is open for everybody, who shares our objectives. This includes clinicians from the many specialties involved in the treatment of patients with autonomic disorders, like neurology, cardiology, internal medicine, urology, gastroenterology, as well as basic scientists with interest in the physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology of the autonomic nervous system. The association 
Founded in 2017 The OLG was founded in April 2017 (ZVR 784605183). The aim of the non-profit association is to research diseases of the autonomic nervous system, to promote and establish autonomic testing methods in routine clinical diagnostics and to cooperate with professional associations in other countries with similar aims.
